Do I have to get naked?
This is the number one most frequently asked question. BCF is clothing optional. It's completely up to you. Some men get naked and some men don't. There is no pressure either way.
How can I get reservations for the busiest weeks and weekends?
Holidays and three & four day weekends book up fast. Your best bet would be to reserve as early as possible. Plus, that way you can usually book the cabin or RV site you like best. Holidays and long weekends are always a blast at BCF, thats why they sell out fast!
I am in a committed relationship with my partner. Is BCF a place for us?
There are usually as many couples as there are singles at BCF. Whether you are looking for relaxation or for playtime, you'll fit in just fine. There's something for everyone. Both tranquility and fun abound at BCF!
Why do I need to call before arriving?
Due to our mountainous terrain, most cell phones do not function properly. Be sure and call us when you exit the interstate.
Can I visit BCF for just one day?
Yes you can. Day passes allow unlimited use of the facilities. A day pass is just $10.00 on weekends. They are $5.00 weekdays. Holidays are $15.00. You can arrive anytime from 8am to 9pm. But, you must call ahead of time before your arrival.
Is BCF open all year?
Yes. You can enjoy yourself 365/24/7! However, admittance to the campground is from 8am to 9pm cst.
What is there to do at BCF?
Plenty! Start with their magnificent mountain top location. Hike, walk or stroll through the bluffs and massive rock formations to creeks, waterfalls, caverns, caves and some of natures prettiest sights. You can tour the natural trails or you can check out "The Cruising Trail". Both are very active. So, whether you're into natural beauty or natural beauties, you'll find what you are looking for! BCF features themes and events every weekend! Check the "calendar". Plus, there are frequently "open house" parties for everyone in the camp to enjoy and have fun. Weekends feature Bonfires! Cocktail hours! (BYOB) and their Famous Pot Luck on Saturday's at 5:30. You won't believe the feast! and more! and more! For sure, there's always plenty to do at BCF! You are going to love this place!
I don't care for camping. What is there for me?
There are many activities and things for you to do. Read the answer to above the question. You don't need to be a camper to have a great time at BCF! Even non-campers love this place.
I have been to BCF and I love it! How can I have my own site?
Beautiful sites are available! You can keep your RV, camper or park model on your very own site! The cost is extrememly reasonable and could vary depending on the location you choose. Plus, BCF has a program to help you pay for the site. You could even make money! Talk to us about this opportunity!
Why must I be a member to enter BCF?
BCF is not open to the public. It is private (members only). Annual membership is just $15.You can join upon your arrival.
